Welcome to Brayden's Bricks!  I hope to share my passion for LEGO with you.  Thank you for choosing to shop with me.

Feedback:

I leave feedback after the order is paid for, I would appreciate it if you would leave feedback for me after verifying the items and marking the order as complete.

Fees:

There is a $1.00 fee for orders under $15.00.

Shipping Time:

Brick Owl is not my full time job so I only ship out on Monday and Saturday, if you need something immediately, send me a message before ordering so that I can see if I can accomodate the request.  Shipping out earlier is not always possible as I am a full-time college student.  I do not ship out on postal holidays.  Orders placed on Sunday (after 5:00 PM) may not be sent out until Saturday and orders placed on the weekend may be sent out on Monday.

Shipping Address:

I will only ship to your Paypal address so make sure it is correct before purchasing.

Packing:

I will pack all parts in plastic bags.  Lots will not be separated unless the quantity is large enough to justify it.  Used and new parts will be packed separately with each bag clearly marked.  If you only order one condition (either all used or all new) I will not mark the bags as such.  All minifigures will be in their own bag with the item code written on it.

Part Quality:

New parts are pulled from new unopened sets or the PAB wall and new minifigures are not built.  New parts may have light marks and scratches from packages being shipped and parts rubbing together.  Minifigures from CMF Series are shipped without the box to cut down on shipping costs and all new mini figures are shipped unassembled unless otherwise stated while used minifigures are shipped assembled.  For used parts, there may be signs of light play.  All used bricks are cleaned and checked for quality and authenticity. I only sell bricks of a quality that I would want to own.  For rare parts, there may be more wear than usual, I will note this in the comments.

Mistakes:

If an error has occured, please reach out to me and let me know ASAP, I will try to make it right.  If I am pulling your order and notice that a part is damaged or missing, I will give you the option of a partial refund, a full refund, or a credit towards your next purchase.  You should notify me of any errors within 7 days of receiving the order.

Cancellation Policy:

If you would like to cancel an order, message me as soon as possible.  After a tracking number is provided or the order is set to packed, your order will no longer be able to be refunded. Paypal or Stripe fees will not be refunded.
